New York architecture practice founded in 1977 by Robert A.M. Stern, whose work turned from postmodernism to a New Classical style over the 1980s. The firm designed 15 Central Park West, completed in 2008, which grossed roughly $2 billion in sales and was, at the time, the most profitable residential building in the world; it also designed 220 Central Park South.
