Preston J. Gumberich

Preston J. Gumberich is a Partner at Robert A.M. Stern Architects (RAMSA) in New York, which he joined in 1987, becoming Partner in 2008. He has developed expertise in traditional methods, materials, and historic sensitivity, particularly on university and college campus projects, including the Georgian-inspired Environmental Science Centre and Botanical Gardens at Acadia University and an ongoing relationship with Colgate University spanning a Career Services Building and two residential halls. He views stewardship of the built and natural environment as a core responsibility of the architect.
