Ivan Brice, AIA, is Principal Architect, Firm Owner, and Operations Manager of Ivan Brice Architecture in New York, which he founded in November 1991 and has operated for nearly three decades. Licensed in New York, Connecticut, and Massachusetts, he specializes in heritage conservation and sustainable retrofit, focusing on restoring, upgrading, and repurposing existing buildings, including facade restoration, roofing and waterproofing, and window replacement. He has been involved with the AIA New York and Connecticut Chapters' Architecture in Education and Historic Preservation Committees, and his clients include academic and cultural institutions, developers, and residential co-ops and condos in the New York metropolitan area and Connecticut.
