Lapo Binazzi

Florence-based designer and founding member of UFO, the Italian radical-design collective active 1967-1978. Binazzi's lighting and object works, including the Dollaro, MGM, and Paramount table lamps, reappropriate pop-cultural and commercial imagery within a practice spanning industrial design, fashion, film, and performance art. His work has been shown at the Milan Triennale, Venice Biennale, and Documenta, and is represented in New York by R & Company.
