Matthew Baird, FAIA, is the founder and principal of Matthew Baird Architects, a New York firm he established in 2002. He holds an undergraduate degree in architecture from Princeton University (1987) and a Master of Architecture from Columbia University (1992). Before founding his practice, he worked in the offices of Mitchell Giurgola, Michael Graves, Richard Meier, and Tod Williams Billie Tsien. His work has been exhibited and published by the Museum of Modern Art, MoMA PS1, the Venice Biennale, and Columbia University.
