Thomas Bitnar

Thomas Bitnar, FAIA, LEED AP BD+C, is the owner and principal of Bitnar Architects, which he founded in 1990 after training and practicing in Europe. Raised in Prague, he was influenced by the International Style, Czech Functionalism, and Czech Cubism, and worked for firms including Hellmuth, Obata & Kassabaum, Perkins & Will, and the Spector Group before establishing his own practice. Bitnar Architects maintains offices in Bozeman, Montana, New York, and Prague, with a portfolio spanning urban planning and residential and mixed-use development, including the Village Downtown development in Bozeman.
