Brooklyn-based architecture firm founded in 1993 by Stephen Cassell, Adam Yarinsky, and Kim Yao. Architecture Research Office received the 2020 AIA Architecture Firm Award, the AIA New York State Firm of the Year Award, and a Cooper Hewitt National Design Award. Notable work includes the restoration of the Judd Foundation building in SoHo, the Rothko Chapel campus in Houston, and PS 456 in Brooklyn.
