This comes from a genuine desire to create a higher quality of living and work in the residential and commercial environment.Our vision is to increase public awareness of environmental conservation and resource management.Both of our Principals (Jason Kyungsan Kim and Ethan Lu) are LEED Accredited Professionals, members of the American Institute of Architects, and licensed to practice in New York and New Jersey. They have more than twenty years of combined work experience in the architectural field for residential, commercial, and institutional work. Their leadership at MUS creates the momentum of opportunities to engage in environmentally-conscious projects and other developments that require a “green” standard from the architect, developer and contractor team.Jason K Kim and Ethan Lu co-founded Metropolitan United Studio (MUS) in 2006.
