Founder, Thomas Yang Studio at Colony

Thomas Yang Studio is an object and furniture design practice led by Taiwanese-Northern Italian designer Thomas Yang, a Parsons School of Design graduate. The studio's work — including cabinets, seating, and lighting such as stone dimmer switches — draws on cultural memory and inherited craft techniques, often worked in wood and metal. The studio completed an eight-month residency with NYC gallery Colony in 2024 and remains on its designer roster.
