The Brooklyn Studio is an architecture and interior design firm based in Dumbo, Brooklyn, committed to restoring and enhancing New York City's historic fabric. Founded in 1997 by Brendan Coburn, FAIA, the studio's portfolio spans 150+ rowhouse restorations across Brooklyn and Manhattan landmark districts alongside new construction, adaptive reuse, and cultural work throughout the Northeast. Today the team of 30 brings together expertise from six continents and fluency in six languages, spanning architects, interior designers, and other creatives. Coburn was elected to the AIA College of Fellows in 2020.
