UM Project

UM Project is a Greenpoint, Brooklyn furniture design studio founded in 2004 by François Chambard. The practice blends traditional woodworking with digital fabrication, producing both a readymade furniture line and custom commissions for private and commercial clients. Chambard's work, including the widely stocked Milking Stool, bridges craft and technology, drawing on his training at Design Academy Eindhoven and RISD.
